1. GRAND THEFT AUTO V
This game is THE blockbuster of 2013, and why Take-2 Interactive can reassure their shareholders that things will be just fine this recession – and we do not need to say more than that, so patiently wait for the game and then enjoy!
2. TOMB RAIDER (2013)
Days of youth can be remembered playing the early releases of Tomb Raider and enjoying the adventure course at her mansion. This release hosts a younger Lara who has to become the survivor and future explorer we know she will be one day is compelling as hell.
3. RAINBOW: SIX PATRIOTS
We were addicted to the Rainbow Six Vegas series, and the notion of stepping back into that body armour and clearing national monuments of terrorists sounds like a great idea and one in which we cannot wait to get going with.
4. CRYSIS 3
Crysis 3 will feature a full single-player campaign in which New York has been encased in a ‘Nanodome’ by the Cell Corporation. The dome has created a natural environment within the city, adding a rainforest, swamplands and rivers, as well as seven distinct locations named the Seven Wonders – it sounds wonderful coming from a lover of New York.
5. SPLINTER CELL: BLACKLIST
Spiinter Cell: Blacklist has been a hard sell for fans of the franchise. Not only did Splinter Cell: Conviction target a more action-based audience, but without voice actor Michael Ironside fans felt even Sam Fisher was headed into decline, we have been a fan of all Splinter Cells games, not classified as a hardcore fan however, but we are eagerly waiting for this game.
